• Bismuth Oxychloride* A naturally derived mineral pigment (by-product of lead and copper refining from natural ores) that lends a pearlescent luminosity. Safe at cosmetic-use concentrations; reviewed and approved by the CIR. May not be suitable for those with known bismuth sensitivity.

• Phenoxyethanol A globally accepted cosmetic preservative that protects formulas from microbial contamination. Used at concentrations ≤1% in compliance with EU Cosmetics Regulation Annex V, Health Canada, and FDA guidelines. CIR assessed as safe at approved usage levels.

• Tocopheryl Acetate* The stable, plant-derived ester form of Vitamin E. Functions as an antioxidant, protecting the formula and supporting skin health. Non-irritating and well-tolerated; CIR approved as safe for cosmetic use.
