Managing Your Subscription

To skip, pause, or cancel:
Log in to your account at gloomiecherie.com and select "Manage Subscriptions". You may pause your subscription and reactivate at any time, or skip individual boxes.

To update shipping, billing, or payment information:
Log in to your account and select "Manage Subscriptions". Changes must be made before the 3rd of the month to avoid being charged for the next vault.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do subscription boxes ship?
Vaults are shipped at the end of each month.

When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged on the day you place your order and on the same date each subsequent month.

What is the cut-off date?
To receive next month's vault, subscribe before the 3rd of the current month. Boxes are crafted during the month and shipped at month's end for early delivery the following month.

What if I sign up after the 3rd?
Your first vault will ship at the end of the following month. You will be charged twice before receiving your first box, but you will receive a vault for each charge.

How do I cancel?
Log in to your account and click "Manage my subscription" to find the cancellation option. Alternatively, email gloomiecherie@gmail.com with "Cancel subscription box" in the subject line and include the email address used for your order.

Will other items ship with my subscription?
Yes, any additional items purchased will ship together with your vault.

Subscription Terms and Policy

1. Subscription Overview
By subscribing to La Voûte, you agree to receive a curated selection of products each month. Vaults are shipped at the end of every month, and you will be charged on the day you place your order and on the same day each subsequent month.

2. Payment and Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled, paused, or skipped before the 3rd of the month. If you do not take action by this date, you will be charged for that month's vault, and your subscription will continue.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases
All subscription purchases are non-refundable due to the curated and handcrafted nature of our products. Once a charge has been made, it cannot be refunded, even if the vault is skipped, paused, or canceled after the charge has occurred.

4. Modifying Your Subscription
You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the upcoming month's vault, you must make these changes by the 3rd of the month. Any changes made after the 3rd will take effect the following month.

Skipping a Month: Log in to your account and select the option to skip before the 3rd. You will not be charged for that month, and your subscription will resume the following month.

Pausing Your Subscription: Log in to your account and choose the pause option. Your subscription will remain inactive until you reactivate it.

Canceling Your Subscription: Log in to your account and click "Manage my subscription" to find the cancellation option. If you cancel after the 3rd, you will still receive and be charged for that month's vault, and the cancellation will take effect the following month. Alternatively, email gloomiecherie@gmail.com with "Cancel subscription box" in the subject line and include the email address used for your order.

5. Shipping Policy
Vaults are shipped at the beginning of each month. If you place your order before the 3rd of the month, you will receive that month's vault. If you place your order after the 3rd, your first vault will ship at the end of the following month.

Example: Subscribe October 3rd at 11:58pm to receive November's vault at month's end or early November. Subscribe October 4th at 1:03am to receive December's vault late November or early December.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to all terms and policies outlined above.
